Just a quick update, again.....

We have POWER! Woo-hoo. Power flickered on about 8:00 PM on Saturday. After 10 days with no power, it was quite a relief. Our A/C/Heating unit blew out because of the power outage, but other then that we are back to normal. It was so great to watch the BIG TV again. Ah, the little things in life......

So that's all there is to report from here. I'd like to publicly commend my wonderful spouse for handling the emergency and power outage with such strength and patience. There is no way we, as a family, could have made it through those 10 days and still have kept our sanity intact. If it wasn't for John, I would have been locked away at the county asylum (do they have power? Hmmmmm....). I know it seems like I might be making a big deal out of this, I mean after all, we just lost power, it's not like the house was demolished. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I am way high maintenance and have little patience. So I guess I should say THANKS for not locking me in the closet! :)
